Strategies for Responding to State Board Inspections

A state Board of Pharmacy has the responsibility to protect the consumers in its state and for this reason, has the power to close your pharmacy in an instant.  Therefore, it is important to understand the rules governing your pharmacy. But what happens if the Board of Pharmacy thinks your pharmacy isn’t complaint and wants to take a closer look?  Every pharmacy needs to have a plan in place to deal with potential problems. This program will discuss Board of Pharmacy investigations and strategies for responding to such investigations.
