The Policy and Procedure Manual for Home Health was developed as a guide to help you comply with ACHC Accreditation Standards which are written based on CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs).

It also provides you with:

• Job descriptions and an Emergency Preparedness Plan
• Patient record procedures

Two purchase options are available.

One includes only the manual, which you can revise as necessary to incorporate any policy or procedure updates.

The other option includes the manual plus all updates for a year. We'll do the work for you, providing revised policies or procedures developed by our industry experts. 

After purchase, the manual will be available to download in your ACHCU account as a Microsoft Word document and Adobe PDF document.
